I had been very concerned with lighting when I was looking for someone to capture my elopement. As a mixed race couple, one of us is usually over or underexposed. Several photographers I had chatted with did not have experience shooting mixed race couples and I didn’t see evidence in their portfolios that exposure wasn’t going to be an issue. she shot both of us so well and highlighted our features perfectly."

When I was looking for a photographer for my elopement, one huge priority was hiring a photographer that could both capture the style of photo we like and keep the vibes light hearted throughout the session. I had met with several photographers before Angélica, and none of them gave me the level of comfort, reassurance, and intentionality that Angélica did. She is such a fun yet professional photographer and is able to put you at ease the moment you meet. I had been very concerned with lighting when I was looking for someone to capture my elopement.

I cannot thank Angelica enough for the work that she did at our elopement. We had a very small guest list and she captured everyone so naturally. She added joy to our day with her energy and exuberant personality. I was genuinely sad when it was time for her to leave. It felt like she was part of the family. After the wedding we got photos within the next few days and the full album delivered shortly after.
